Only for the Intake System. Missed-call text-back runs on a business phone line registered with the carriers, which requires an EIN and a business (non-cell) number, plus a 10–15 business day approval window. Starter Site needs none of that — no EIN, no carrier registration, no waiting period.

Yes. Starter's website becomes the foundation — I add missed-call text-back, follow-ups, and lead logging on top of it rather than rebuilding from scratch. You only pay the difference in setup, not for the site again.

Both plans include our Google Business Profile Setup Guide — a step-by-step walkthrough so you can claim and complete your listing yourself, in about an hour. You keep full ownership and control of your own profile.

No, on either plan. Starter's optional $49/mo care plan and the Intake System's $297/mo both include whatever software runs underneath. You never set up, pay for, or manage a separate account yourself.

Depends which plan. For the Intake System, the price doesn't change — if your current site can support it, I build around it; if it can't, I rebuild it at no extra charge, either way for the same $1,500 + $297/mo. Starter Site is priced as a new build, so it's a better fit if you're starting from nothing.

Then you shouldn't keep paying for it. If your system isn't answering and following up on your leads in the first 30 days, tell me and I'll stop the monthly — and you keep the website and your domain. The setup work is already done and it's yours either way.

Starter Site: 5–7 days from kickoff to live. The Intake System: about two weeks from kickoff call to going live — I build in the first week, you review a live preview, and it launches once you've approved it. Missed-call text-back switches on within about a week after that, once the phone carriers approve your business to send texts.
