What I collect, why I collect it, who it goes to, and what you can ask me to do with it. Written in plain English, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

The short version. I collect the contact details you type into a form, plus your IP address to stop bots from flooding those forms. I do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers, and I do not sell your information to anyone. If you want your data deleted, email me and I will delete it.
Primed & Booked is operated by Matthew Perry as a sole proprietorship, based in San Luis Obispo County, California. Throughout this policy, "I" and "me" mean Primed & Booked, and "you" means whoever is using the site.

When you submit a form on this site (booking a call, requesting the intake audit, using the missed-call calculator, or emailing sales), I collect what you type:
If you book a call, the booking tool also records the time you picked and any details you enter there.
When you submit a form, I record the IP address the submission came from, along with a timestamp. This exists for one reason: to rate limit the form so that a bot cannot flood it, and to cap how many automatic replies go out in a day. These records are deleted after seven days.
My hosting and network providers (listed below) also keep their own standard server logs, which is normal for any website.
This is worth stating plainly, because most sites cannot say it:
I do not use your information for anything unrelated to the reason you gave it to me.
I use a small number of outside services to run the business. They only receive what they need to do their job, and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Loading Google Fonts means your browser contacts Google to fetch them, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. That is true of most sites on the internet, but you deserve to know it rather than find out.
Beyond those services, I share your information only if you ask me to, or if I am legally required to, such as by a valid subpoena.
I do not send marketing text messages to people who contact me through this site. If you give me your phone number here, I use it to call or text you about the specific thing you contacted me about, and nothing else.
Separately, the intake systems I build and operate for client businesses include an automatic text reply when a customer calls that business and nobody picks up. If you are that customer, here is how it works:
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the site secure and available. If you book through the scheduling tool, that tool may set its own cookies, governed by its own privacy policy.
California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, and I extend the same handling to everyone who contacts me, regardless of where you live. You can ask me to:
I will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email hello@primedandbooked.com from the address you contacted me with, or tell me enough that I can find your record. I aim to respond within 45 days, which is the deadline California law sets.
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given me information, email me and I will delete it.
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored with the providers listed above. The forms are protected by an origin check, a spam trap, and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, and I will not pretend otherwise, but I do not collect sensitive categories of data such as government identifiers or health records, which limits what is at risk.
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, such as starting to use analytics or sending marketing texts, I will say so clearly rather than quietly editing this page.
