For $97, I pose as a customer with a realistic job request. I call your business, leave a voicemail, and fill out your own contact form. Then I time how long each one takes to get a response, and I write down what I find.
One-time · Report in 3 business days · You keep it either way
Nothing here is advice or opinion. It's a record of what happened when a real customer tried to give you money.
A normal customer call about a normal job. I note whether anyone picks up, how many rings it takes, and what happens when nobody does. Most painters are on a ladder or out on a bid, which is exactly the point.
A real message, a real callback number, and a timestamp. Then I wait. That number, the hours between your customer calling and anybody calling back, is usually the single most expensive number in the report.
If you have one, I submit it and time the reply. I also check whether it went anywhere at all. Broken forms that quietly drop every submission are more common than you'd think, and the owner is always the last to know.
Using your average job value and the number of leads you already get, each gap turns into a yearly cost. That's the difference between "you should answer faster" and "this is costing you eleven grand a year."
No subscription, no upsell required, nothing else to buy.
The report is yours to keep whether you ever hire me or not.
Let me name the obvious thing before you have to. Ninety-seven dollars does not pay me for an afternoon of work. It doesn't come close.
I run the audit because I'm confident about what it turns up. Once you see the hours sitting between a customer calling you and anybody calling them back, a good number of you are going to want that fixed, and fixing it is what I actually make a living on.
If you read the report and decide to handle it yourself, that's a fine outcome. You keep every finding and every fix in it, and I'm not going to chase you. I'd rather be the guy who showed you the leak than the guy who sold you a system you weren't sure you needed.
I'll email you a $97 invoice within one business day. The audit starts the moment it's paid, and your report lands within three business days after that.

I'll email you a $97 invoice within one business day. Once it's paid I'll start the tests, and your report lands within three business days after that. If you don't see the invoice, check your spam folder and then email me at hello@primedandbooked.com.
Then you get a short report that says so, with the timestamps to prove it, and you'll know your intake is solid. That's worth knowing too. In fairness, I haven't run this on a painting contractor yet where nothing turned up.
I email you an invoice you can pay by card. The audit starts once it clears. There's no subscription attached to it and nothing recurring.
No. It's one call, one voicemail, and one form submission, all from me. Nothing touches your customers, your phone system, or your website.
No. The $97 covers the audit, the report, and the walkthrough call. If you want me to fix what I found, I'll tell you what that costs, but that's a separate decision you make later.
Three business days from payment. I run the tests on a normal workday, because the whole point is to see what happens on a normal workday.
Then say so on the walkthrough call and I'll walk you through what that looks like. You can also skip the audit entirely and book a call about the full intake system.
Ninety-seven dollars and three business days for a straight answer, with the timestamps to back it up.
